Founded in 1985, Shinui Institute is one of Israel’s leading establishments in the field of systemic thought & therapy because of its achievements in research & the development of innovative models for working with couples and families.
The systemic, change-focused approach to therapy, developed by Shinui’s clinical staff, is being taught nationally and worldwide, with impressive clinical results across many cultures & populations. This approach is also being utilized in the facilitation of highly successful workshops for individuals, couples & families, as well as in organizational counseling & management coaching.
Shinui’s clinical staff is comprised of 15 full-time members who specialize in various fields of the mental-health professions. There are also several adjunct members who serve as consultants in various forums, and an international group of highly acclaimed master-therapists who are annually hosted at Shinui for advanced training programs. The staff is directed by Shinui founders Dr. Noga Nabarro (Rubinstein), Dr. Haviva Ayal-Meir & Dr. Sara Ivanir.
